Four stars for having a really decent organic /natural food selection, the staff is friendlier than most grocery stores to boot.

They always have plenty of cashiers. Friendly staff. Nice olive bar. Very fresh fruit and veggies. Boars Head meat. Missing the quality drinks made by Synergy though.

Nice store, clean and well-organized. I went in there to pick up a few things for lunch and it was busy and there were only two registers open. Other than that it was a good experience.

Good selection as is with most CT locations. Too much clutter typical of all S&S. Only one exit door, entrance doors do not open from inside automatically; poor traffic management.

It was difficult to locate items, coffee filters and hand wash soap refills, I have to go around the store for few times. Filters are located at the bottom of the shelf in the center and same with refills. I sought help from as.s. worker. He was not knowledgeable and sought the help of am other employee. That was not helpful but somebody else,, an employee, helped me. This was not a good experience to me.
