Stop 21 Motel

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was extremely small.the bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean .the floors could be cleaned better. There were spider webbs with large spiders in the room and all over the outside of the door and building.

I don t know how to put it, this is a last resort motel in case you can t find anything else or you are in a pinch, the motel building is runned down quite a bit, huge spider webs at the entrance door how hard is to sweep them once a day with a broom?nRooms are bare bones with TV, a small fridge and ac, the only thing updated in the room was the flooring the rest not, flys and other insects treat the room as an airport, you can t open the windows because they have no screens, the windows are probably 40 years old or more.nJust spend $40 more and go to a decent hotel.nThe highlight .....the bed mattress was surprisingly good.

Definitely not the best motel. I understand you get what you pay for but I would definitely recommend paying an extra $30-$40 and staying elsewhere especially if you're on vacation. The room assigned to us was fairly small with a peculiar smell and dirty floor. The sheets, bathroom and towels were clean but the bed and the pillow were definitely not comfortable. Robin at reception was sweet to give us a couple of recommendations for star gazing.

the owners are amazing very friendly and nice and helpful but if you choose to stay here then be prepared to be sharing a room with tons of SPIDERS!ni couldn’t have wished for my stay there to end any sooner, i have arachnophobia and every inch of the room had spiders all over it, i was up majority of the nights i was staying there because i was too scared and paranoid to even sleep. they cover the entire doorway when you enter and once you’re in your room they will be all over the curtains, walls and bed. we even had an earwig crawling in our sheets as well and a grasshopper hopping all over the floor, it was not pleasant my boyfriend had to kill these bugs almost every minute since they would just not stop coming. this place was nice because of the price and location but i would not come back here again due to the lack of maintenance to keep these bugs away.

We stayed for three weeks through September 2023 and had a truly wonderful time, the room was perfect for us from start to finish. Robyn was lovely, extremely kind, generous and friendly. We will most definitely stay here again in the future, and would highly recommend this as a lovely place to stay. Ron and Sara Gales
