Wendy did an excellent job of altering my high end blazer and skirt, along with four pairs of formal pants of different materials silk, linen, cotton, synthetic. I was especially happy with what she did with the blazer and skirt set. It was passed down to me from my mom a long time ago, and while I absolutely loved the look of it, it was way too big for me. The blazer was too wide, and it didn't have any curves along the waistline, while the skirt was too big around the hips. Wendy took her time to consult me about the different options of altering each piece. She perfectly fit the blazer to my size and waist, and I was impressed how well she adjusted the skirt along my hip and legs, so that it would complement my figure. Got a blouse and a pair of pants altered, to bring more shape to the pieces and shorten the length of sleeves and legs. Wendy took her time to talk me through and show me the alterations, and was very thorough with explaining why she would do those alterations. She talked me through the costs and did not pressure me to add on costs where I did not want them. The pieces were ready after a week, and I was pretty happy with the end result.

Wendy is awesome! She is so skilled at what she does and provides so much value! Her prices are very fair and turn around is good. She's also just really kind. I met her first when I needed a bridesmaid dress altered, but was so impressed by my experience that I ended up bringing a bunch of my clothes to her to be tailored. It's an eco-friendly choice if you have bought clothes and don't wear them anymore because of the fit. Don't buy something new just bring it to Wendy! One of the favorite things that she did for me was fix the elastic straps I poorly sewed myself to my winter jacket so that you can wear it as a backpack. Wendy is fantastic and I appreciated that she was upfront on the cost, she let me decide if I wanted to do some of my large alterations. Fantastic alterations here at good prices. Wendy is very nice to deal with, and she is very detailed oriented. I ask her to take in my Burberry Bomber jacket that I love because I lost some weight. She did a fantastic job, it's perfect you can't even tell it was taken in, she made it a size 48 from a size 54. Her skills are next level.
