StFX University Hotel

I saved some money by staying here. The staff showed excellent hospitality and the location had all amenities. I would recommend it.

This was one of my best stays in any of my travels. It is like reliving your college days. Rooms are good. Neat clean and have everything what one needs. Air conditioning is good. The students at the front desk are amazing. Would like to return here someday for sure. The city is also very cute with good food and drinks at walkable distances of the hotel.

We stayed for a night at StFX University on our way from PEI to Cape Breton. The room had a strong smell to it. It was of old carpet, maybe, but it did bother us during our stay.nnWhen we booked our stay on the website, it was mentioned that we would have access to the gym and swimming pool facility. Upon asking, the person at the front desk mentioned that these facilities have been under maintenance since the start of the month.nnSome pluses of this place is that you will find the restaurants and grocery stores. I might not pay the price tag for what I got the next time.

Very good hotel quality and price wise. Easy to find and affordable. Check out your room as checking in to be far from the road, which can be noisy early in the morning.

Staying here for the Special Olympics National Summer Games right now and am very impressed. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. Its incredibly hot right now and the air conditioning is a lifesaver. Spacious rooms and big bathrooms. All around a great experience.
