This hidden gem is a short drive from Antigonish. Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how clean and well appointed the unit was. The property is quite secluded with direct access to the beach which had canoes and kayaks available for us to use at our leisure. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely attentive, helping out with our every need. It was the perfect peaceful stop on our way to Cape Breton. Serendipitous romantic cottage experience for couples.

What a great place to stay. John and Kathryn are gracious hosts and always there to make sure everything went smoothly. The unit was just off the highway, few minutes from Antigonish and 40 min from Cape Breton. The unit had amazing views and you could walk right down to the water and kayak out. I fished and saw seals and bald eagles… a nature lovers paradise. There were also some amazing cliffs to explore just a short kayak away. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable, with a great porch to relax and have a BBQ. I would definitely recommend staying here … Bravo!

Peaceful idyllic getaway, perfect for recharging your batteries. We travelled from Saskatchewan in the RV and parked it so we could have a much needed break. Hosts Kathryn, John, Simon and Wavy made sure we had everything we needed. An private morning walk along the shoreline was precious. For those that have more energy kayaks and canoes are available.

Stayed at Kathryn and John’s place for a week. Lovely spot and wonderful hosts. Jean
