The staff at Stevens was wonderful from start to finish. I live in New York but found the car I wanted on the Ford website, and the experience was seamless.
I began talking to Bridget, who confirmed availability of the car I wanted and helped go over pricing and the out-of-state leasing procedure. She answered all of my questions and when she didn't have an answer, she asked one of her colleagues for help and got right back to me. She was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend starting your experience with her, especially if you are researching cars online.
Occasionally during my interactions with Stevens, I spoke to Jimmy, the sales manager. While I didn't talk to him as much as with Bridget, Jimmy was equally as helpful and courteous.
Shortly before my visit, as well as while I was actually in the showroom, my assigned salesperson was Will Poole. Will was extraordinarily patient considering the fact that I was an out-of-stater, and he even informed me that when something on the car I was leasing didn't pass inspection, he insisted on replacing it. I thought his forthrightness was refreshing considering I was at a car dealership.
Josh, in the finance department, was the best of the bunch. I started with him by signing the various documents I needed to sign, but ended up shooting the breeze about family, hobbies and interests, and even his past experiences with doing out-of-state deals. He was a pleasure to work with, explained everything with concision, and made the "money" part a breeze.
My lease is up in three years, and assuming I don't move, there's a pretty damn good chance I'll be getting another car from Stevens.

Recently leased a Ford Escape and Bobby was my salesman. Right away he made us feel comfortable about the process and treated us like family. He never pushed me into anything just to make a sale. The experience was great! I’m never going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle again. I’m loving the car, but the experience that Bobby made for me. Made me never want to give any other dealership but theirs business. And the best part was he went out of his way with his own money and bought my son three toy sets just for hanging with us that day and being good. What salesman would ever do that ? My experience with Joshua in finances was like sitting down with a friend, he as well is not your typical business guy that just cares about money. He did his job but talked with us like he’s known us forever. These guys are great! They actually care about people. Highly recommend this dealership, never going anywhere else.

I've been dealing with Stevens Ford since we purchased our first Explorer there in 2007. We purchased a second one a few years later to supplant the first one. The service and customer relations at Stevens is A++.
Fords are fabulous! One Explorer has 197K miles, the other 112K miles.

I love the truck and glad I bought it. I do have one concern and that is regarding a recall. I have been to the service twice to have the work done and both times the service center didn’t have everything needed to make the repair. I will be getting an oil change in Jan and that will be my third attempt. Thank you

Best dealership I have seen. Client manager Kenny is your guy - professional, with sense of humor and does not seem like he wants to strip you of your last buck
