I do not recommend this dealer. Bought a car off the lot and had trouble since I got it. Had to fix the coil packs the spark plugs, the head gasket and the catalytic converter. My mechanic said these people turned off the code on the car so the buyer wouldn't see it needed the repair. They try to be extremely nice to compensate for the problems they're about to sell you. Don't be fooled. If it seems to good to be true WALK AWAY.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new, used vehicle from Joseph at Mikes Motors. They were very helpful and friendly as well as prompt with their timing. Joseph went above and beyond by driving over 2 hours to us to deliver our new license plates because of a DMV computer issue the day we were picking up our car. Thank you, Joseph! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Had a great experience working with Joseph Moonrose the sales manager. Found the X Terra online and Joseph from start to finish was outstanding in helping me purchase this vehicle. Stated all my fluids had been topped and that they did the oil change for me before picking up my car. COMPLETE LIES. Joe ASSURED me that he would get a guy to sew up a ripped leather seat WITHOUT me even asking for the repair. Guess what I figured? That the seat would be repaired and I would not even have to check for this repair before driving off the lot. Well, Joe lied about that as well. When I complained about this jacked up price I had never seen before written my sales contract, he also showed me another customer's personal information (pretty aggressive sales tactic) to show me that he already had another deposit on the car and stated that despite it being the ONLY price they advertised without any label of any kind this price was CASH ONLY. Lastly, for some reason this sexist pig thought it prudent to refer to me as "hun" and "sweetie." I do not recommend that you drive any car off this lot without doing your due diligence and getting a SECOND pre-purchase inspection done RIGHT BEFORE signing paperwork and driving off the lot. So disgusted at the lies I was fed here.
