I NEEDED A CAR SINCE MY HONDA WAS REACHING NEARLY 200,000 MILES. I DID NOT HAVE THE BEST CREDIT SO I WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH AT ALL, IN FACT I WANTED TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT ALL BECAUSE I STARTED GETTING ANXIETY AND FEARED THE NO REJECTION EVERYONE HATES. MR. VARGAS CALMED ME DOWN AND DID NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON ME WHATSOEVER. I CALMED DOWN AND CONTINUED WITH THE PROCESS. MY FIRST QUOTE CAME BACK WHERE I WANTED TO RUN (MIND YOU I WAS TRADING MY CAR) HE WORKED TIRELESSLY FOR ME AND WAS ABLE TO ACHIEVE A DECENT MONTHLY PAYMENT, AND IT WAS A 2015 CAR WITH LOW MILES. WOW WHAT A SURPRISE FOR ME THAT WAS. THOUGH I WAS VERY VERY SAD PARTING WITH MY HONDA CAUSE WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH, I WAS IN CLOUD ECSTASY DRIVING AWAY WITH THE NEW CAR. HE REALLY WORKED VERY HARD TO GET ME WHAT WAS NEEDED. IN FACT WE CLOSED DOWN THE PLACE. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR OR EVEN JUST LOOKING PLEASE SEE MR. VARGAS HE WILL WORK TIRELESS FOR YOU UNTIL YOU GET WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD AND WHAT IS NEEDED. I DO PLAN COMING BACK IN A YEAR TO UPGRADE AND I DO INDEED HOPE MR. VARGAS IS THERE TO ASSIST ME AGAIN, JUST MAYBE A LITTLE EARLIER SO HE DOESN'T HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN SHOP. :-) WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY HIGH ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACK FELLOW COMRADES WHO LIKE ME DREAD THE NO REJECTION. I GUESS THEY REALLY ARE THE DEALER FOR THE PEOPLE AFTER ALL. TWO THUMBS UP INDEED. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY MR. VARGAS. P.S. UPDATE**********about a month into having the new used car....my brakes needed to get done literally grinding on the pads, so I called them to tell them how I ended up needing new brakes right away and how that was possible and if they checked their brakes before they sell their cars their response was that they sell it at the state's minimum so basically they sold me the car with the state minimums brake pads allowed to drive away with and I have a 10 year old daughter at that time I've never had a chance to update this I just thought about it so I just wanted to let you guys know that though they have given me good service (since they wanted to sell me a car) but please please make sure you check the brake pads on any used car from them they said they were going to get back to me and they never did at all and I called 3 times and that's when they finally told me that it was sold at State minimum so they don't have to replace it or change it. So my 5 Stars would have to really go down to like 2.5 stars.

The team at Key Hyundai is always warm and welcoming. I have been a member of the Key family for over a year now and every experience I have had with them has been a good one. The service consultants go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with what is being done to your vehicle. I am very thankful I found this dealership. Thank you for making a car problem no problem at all!

First I want to say that I did not want to post this review until we had the car for a while to get a good feel for the vehicle. My wife and I were replacing our 2002 Ford Explorer and I must admit that up to this point I have been a "Ford Man". When we mentioned our intent to replace the vehicle with my father-in-law he strongly suggested we visit Key Hyundai in Milford and check out the vehicles they have. He purchased a number of vehicles at Key Hyundai and has been extremely happy with the cars and the service. He said that if we do go there we should only talk with Al. He highly recommends the Dealership as well "his salesman" Al. When we met with Al we found him very personable. He listened to all of our "requirements" and answered all of our questions. He showed us a vehicle that was just that we were looking for and he worked out a great deal for us. He showed us all the features and how everything worked (there was a lot of new technology). I quickly saw why my father-in-law likes these people so much. When we picked up the vehicle he showed me where all the controls are located, how to set radio stations, pair my phone with the car's Bluetooth, etc. I felt very comfortable driving the car off the lot. Obviously, having the vehicle for only a week We have not had the need to visit the service department but expect the same professional, personable service. So far we love the vehicle and its features. I intend to return to Key Hyundai when it comes time to replace our other vehicle. Thank you Al!!!

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. One of our customers just tried to get them to service an issue with their turn signals. They proceeded to blame the aftermarket remote starter for a turn signal issue (after trying to sell her on a coolant flush and several other services) and attempted to avoid covering it under warranty We disconnected the remote start and sent it back and low and behold was a bad flasher relay in the Fuse/Junction box. They replaced the fuse box under warranty (after trying to charge her over 1000$, but when she asked for proof that the starter caused the problem, and they were unable to do so, they relented). After replacing the fuse box, another issue arose where the vehicle would not shift into gear when she picked it up from the dealer. The issue was present before she left the property and the technician instead of diagnosing it stated that the now disconnected remote starter was causing the issue still and let her leave with the car not fully functional. She brought the car to our shop and upon inspection found that during the fuse box replacement the wire for the remote start brake pedal monitoring was pulled so tight and zip tied that it was causing the brake switch to sit crooked, preventing in certain instance the pedal from depressing enough to disengage the shift solenoid and allow the car to be shifted into gear. Something a 20 minute inspection would have solved when the problem first arose at their facility. The real kicker of the whole mess is that while they were blaming the remote starter we installed (Avital 4115 by DEI) they were trying to sell her ANOTHER aftermarket remote starter (Pursuit). Just out to grab the easy money by taking advantage of unknowing customers. As a technician of 12 years I would NEVER let a car leave my facility 100% after I worked on it. The most unprofessional and ridiculous behavior by a dealership I have ever seen. Save yourself the heartache and shop for your Hyundai elsewhere.

Bought 2 cars in 2 days one from Steph and one from Chris; both did an amazing job with answering all the questions and showing us all our options. Both made it a great experience and has gained our families business for the future. Thank you both Steph, Chris, and the entire team.
