I had the most stress free, cared for visit ever at Maritime Chevrolet. Everyone was super nice and super patient. Everyone greeted and smiled at me once I stepped in the lobby. When I went in I was not looking to buy, until I fell in love with a used Honda Accord Coupe that was in great condition with a great price and extremely low miles. Mike A. whom helped me out was so great and professional! He guided me through everything I needed to know about the car and how the process of purchasing a new car would be. He answered all my questions and made me feel cared for. If you are looking for someone to help you out ask for Mike Atkins. I appreciate you Mike for getting me into my hot new ride. I totally adore my Honda Accord and I’m so glad I purchased a car with Maritime Chevrolet, I 100% recommend this location to everyone !
Bill Clark is very nice and professional. We walked into the dealership without specific knowledge of the place or expectations and we ended up buying the car we were looking for. Other agents were also pleasure to chat with. Matt who did our financial and paperwork is also very nice and did his best to make us comfortable and to help us make best decision.
Simple smooth and had to ask for nothing. The car will also be delivered to my home. I loved being there at the dealership. Everyone was so friendly accommodating and willing to serve better. The location is amazing and Mike Atkins was best to deal with.
I had a wonderful experience at Maritime. I had gone to another Chevrolet dealer and ordered a Bolt EUV and gave them a deposit. A few weeks later they called me to tell me they canceled my order and come pick up my deposit. They said Chevy wasn't taking orders??? I went home very frustrated because I had my heart set on a Bolt. After sleeping on it I woke up the next day more determined than ever. I test drove a Bolt and did my research and definitely wanted one. So I went online and searched several Chevy dealers in CT and NY for a Bolt. Well what do you know, I found one at Maritime only 15 minutes away which was the exact one I ordered. I bought it online, gave a deposit and went down the next day to meet my salesman Frank. He was great. Personable and knowledgeable about the Bolt. He handled everything and the sale was seamless. The car was in transit and would arrive sometime in three weeks. Three days later Frank called and said my car was in. I picked it up the next day. Love the car. It's awesome. I am a very lucky guy because Bolts are hard to come by. If you see one, grab it!!! Thank you Frank and thanks to Josh, the sales manager. I will highly recommend Maritime to friends. If you're afraid to buy a electric car... DON"T BE!!! Think they are too expensive? Well, most are but not the Chevy Bolt. Plus it's been around since 2017. It's affordable, comes with tax rebates and Chevy pays for the installation of a 240V. How can you go wrong? Chevy is smart by moving into the future and so is Maritime by getting frequent allotments of Bolts. Lastly, if you're afraid of change, I'm 73 and did it, so can you. Good luck finding a Bolt!! Maritime has bought into the future so start with them and ask for Frank!!!! He's the best!!!
Dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles from the employees... They were prompt and so friendly. They even washed my car for me... Highly recommend for any services...
Did a 27 point inspection and brakes were tested at 5mm front and 4mm back. I had a long road trip coming up so I went back to my brake shop and they showed me the measurements of the brake pads. 8mm in the front and 5-6mm in the back. They even told me that I don't need to change it yet. Service was faster than other dealers. 1.5 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Service special offer was right in the board, but the person wanted to charge me at full price. Said that the coupon or promo price must have an advance print out of the promo. I've been to other dealerships with no problems.
Maritime is a great dealership. You are treated like family. Bill is the BEST! He is friendly, down to earth and makes sure that you are getting the best deal within your budget . Matt was also great and explained everything in detail. I felt confident that I was in good hands. I have already told some family to go see Bill!
I've bought a lot of cars over my life. I left this dealership with a SUV for my wife and a business card I mean to keep for my next car. Nelda was our sales person and she did an excellent job of both understanding my requirements and not applying pressure. I had financing already arranged, had done extensive research, and was in no rush to buy. Nelda and I looked at numerous cars, she presented the options, and we negotiated a deal we both were happy with. That is the key, we both were happy. I would highly recommend Nelda as a salesperson if you have the ability to choose ahead of time. The entire staff there seemed laid back and enjoying their jobs.
I bought both of my Corvettes at Maritime. I was going to trade in my 2014 for a 2023. After the experience I had with your service, I will never buy another car at Maritime. To make a long story short, I was charged over $1000 to clean rodent droppings on my engine and change 1 spark plug. The problem with the car was the spark plug, the thousand dollars to clean the engine, I could have done. When I brought up that the information display was not working for years, the 6 service people standing around made like they knew nothing about it when it is a huge problem in 2014 Corvettes. Finally, when I mentioned all the problems I had with the car that has 9000 miles and is garaged, such as the telescopic steering wheel doesn't work, the aforementioned info display, etc, the Service Associate said "we don't build the cars, we just sell them" Case closed. I am in the process of contacting Mary Barra. to discuss this comment and the poor service I received at Maritime.
Great experience overall. Courteous and resourceful staff. Bryan Fuentes is excellent and solved some of the complications with purchase in quick time. Very positive experience — this has changed my general opinion about auto dealers in general.
