I highly recommend you ask for Eric if you decide to shop at Curran. His great interpersonal skills and non aggressive approach made my shopping experience comfortable. Even though he had an appointment for a pick up, he still manage to go on a test ride with me. We couldn’t agree on deal at first. I decided I wanted to check out one more dealership. However, right before I walked out the manager Sean decided to hear me out. Sean agreed on my offers after some thought. Then, the finance manager also beat my interest rate from a credit union which was awesome! This was my second car buying experience from a dealer and it was a lot better than my first. Thank you Curran!!!

We had an extremely positive experience here working with Nick Farrington. He was extremely knowledgeable about VW models and features. He was able to show us multiple options and was cognizant to make the best use of our time. Pricing and lease options were clearly explained and easy to agree upon. We highly recommend this dealership and Nick.

The service man behind the counter was polite and helpful and took care of my needs satisfactorly. The waiting room was extremely cold and dirty as well as the men's room. The waiting room had mouse droppings in the corners next to the children's toys!

Had a hassle free CPO buying experience and everyone was frendly. They we're dodgy about admitting the car I bought was smoked in, the smell was obvious, but it was a good deal nonetheless.

For reasons unknown, a telephonic promise to discount a $2.62 to $2.23 was not honored. A 39 cent discourtesy is a discourtesy nonetheless. I don't usually shop at Curran as the dealership is some 9 miles further from my home than Executive VW in North Haven; Executive VW Parts Department did not have the bolt I was looking for. When conversing with the Parts Salesperson at Curran, I asked if I could be given some latitude as I am driving a bit longer out and only just to pick up a bolt. The Parts Salesperson felt sympathetic and said he would give the bolt for $2.23; I really felt very happy that someone would treat me so kindly. When I got there, I asked for the Salesperson I spoke with on the phone, the Salesperson arrived and greeted me politely; I said that I was the person he spoke with on the phone about the bolt. After less than a minute the Salesperson returned with the bolt and a printed invoice and directed me to the cashier to pay. When I inquired about being sold the bolt for $2.23, I was told that the bolt was being discounted as it is from $3.43 to $2.62 and he could not honor the $2.23 price - he did this at the last minute, in front of the cash register while holding onto the bolt I wanted and a pre-typed invoice at hand. This type of bait-and-switch tactics are repulsive and smarmy if not unethical. The Parts Salesperson is a representative of the Dealership, and keeping in mind that a company usually hires people that follow company ethics, the idea that the Dealership would screw someone over 39 cents speaks volumes of what else they may be capable of doing to someone who haplessly seeks their services.
