Stella recommends Todd from Brush Ex chimney Services to build a fire place. Horrible experience! Todd scheduled scheduled to begin works with us and never showed up! Didn’t pick up the phone ever! Super dissatisfied

I just visited Stella’s Regional Fireplace and the women there were so incredibly helpful & accommodating! I explained how I needed my fireplace fixed before Christmas and they went the extra mile to help me find someone. I went back the next day to buy a gasket for my new piece of glass and they went the extra mile again and helping me. I highly recommend Stellas Regional Fireplace as your local shop to get all your fireplace needs. They even have high tech drink accessories for purchase. Definitely a store worth visiting!

We had our gas fireplace serviced and a new thermostat/control installed. From start to finish the service man was pleasant and patient with my numerous questions. He explained everything he was doing and then taught me about cleaning the glass properly. The lovely lady at the office was extremely pleasant  and helpful. This was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely use this company again as well as highly recommend them to all our family and friends!!!

I purchased my fire table from here and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s beautiful and super unique. I’ve had friends and family come over and had many compliments about it. Also the service was amazing and the owners were super helpful and efficient. Jessica and Stella were so professional and really made sure I was taken care of and felt valued. I’ll be back for more soon and will refer my friends/family whenever they’re looking to make their home more beautiful. 100% recommend.

I must say the men, Jim and Mark that came to install our Fireplace yesterday were Steller!! Polite!! Knowledgeable!! Friendly!!, We couldn't be Happier with their work...And they cleaned up after themselves!!!!...I would recommend Stella Regional Fireplace Specialists to anyone looking for a beautiful fireplace!...Everyone we dealt with there were Awesome!! Great Job all

The pilot light on our gas fireplace would not light this year so I called Stella's Regional Fireplace "Specialists" and told them the situation. The person I spoke with said it would be $150 to clean the fireplace. If parts were needed, we would be charged for the parts plus labour. A serviceman came out a few weeks later and without trying the pilot light ignition started "cleaning" the fireplace. We were not told up front either by the person we spoke with at Stella's or the serviceman that there would be an extra charge for cleaning the pilot light assembly. After a lot of grunting and groaning, he was able to remove some of the corroded pilot light assembly parts, cleaned them and got the fireplace going.  After this we got a bill of almost $300. He then said we needed a new pilot light assembly. He also tried to sell us a remote control which we found out afterwards that we didn't need. After he left, my wife could smell gas. So I turned the gas line off and called Stella's. They didn't seem to be concerned and said the smell we were getting was from the cleaning solution the serviceman used. I turned off the gas overnight and tried again in the morning.  The fireplace lit okay but my wife smelled gas again. I called Stella's yet again and they were reluctant to send out a serviceman to check the cause of the gas smell. In fact, they said I should call the gas company. I insisted they send out a technician to check. Finally, a second person came out. This time with a natural gas detector. He checked all the gas lines and connections. It wasn't until he lit the pilot light that the detector flashed and let out a beeping noise. He said the gas leak was from the pilot light assembly. He said the first serviceman should have never tried to clean a corroded pilot light assembly but would tell the customer it should be replaced. I called Stella's and spoke with the owner who not once admitted it was the first serviceman who caused the gas leak. She said a new pilot light assembly would cost $750 and the only credit she would give me was $80 off the almost $300 bill for the so called "cleaning". After I tried to get a more reasonable credit, she said maybe we should use another company and they would send someone out to "red flag' the fireplace. She then rudely hung up on me. So now we're stuck with an almost $300 bill with a fireplace we can no longer use. Do not deal with this company or the rude owner, Stella.

One of the best service calls I ever had. I called regarding a small issue I was having with my gas fireplace which I got from Stella's 9 years ago. The lady I spoke to walked me through troubleshooting my unit over the phone. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my unit back on in 10 minutes. Thank you!

So far so good! We had a home evaluation by a friendly and helpful installer. Met with Stella and Darlene.  Ran into a few roadblocks but made it happen  .  Looking forward to our unit arriving and installation  Update: we had our Jotl fireplace installed. Installation crew were amazing and patient.  Had a small glitch after which turned out to be nothing.  We are very happy with our new fireplace.

After ordering a gas stove, I was contacted to be informed that the price was hundred’s of dollars above the posted price in the store. On a Friday I asked to speak to the owner to talk about this. By Wednesday I gave up waiting for a phone call and called Stella’s. Stella said that she was planning to get around to phone me and did not offer a legitimate reason for the price change, nor was she apologetic. I found a comparable stove at the competitor in Niagara Falls for $100. less than the original price at Stella’s  I was told that the fireplace WAS available and was stored for me until after my house was examined as suitable for installation. Why would I pay $60. for an inspection if the fireplace was not available??

We had a fireplace installed by Stella's a few years ago. We visited a number of times and the fireplace that Sal recommended was not the most expensive but he assured us it was the best for our area. We love this unit and we were very pleased by the install. Excellent customer service by all.
