Ripley loves coming here! Everyone always greets her and she’s never had a bad experience. Staff are well informed and the store is clean. I recommend coming here.
First experience here at the grooming salon and the care and passion shown from staff was evident right away. They know their breeds and all staff were professional and welcoming, especially Samantha and Celine. Celine showed much care and concern for our pup and her work was excellent. I highly recommend their services as well as their fantastic customer service.
We enrolled our Golden Doodle in the beginner training sessions at PetSmart, and the experience was fantastic. Aaron is truly a gifted trainer—he’s insightful, patient, and kind, with an incredible ability to bring out the best in your dog. Thanks to his expert guidance, our dog made significant progress with basic commands, and we noticed a marked improvement in his behavior. We were so impressed with the results that we immediately signed up for the intermediate training sessions.
Aaron has been an amazing trainer for our almost 1 year old golden retriever. We've been bringing her since she was a couple months old, for puppy beginner, intermediate, and now Advanced. Aaron uses the guide that he gives to all participants, but modifies some of it because he has the experience and knowledge to teach and recommend alternatives for specific dogs. Our pup is extremely shy, Aaron's given us a lot of help and reassurance to help Kya the best we can. PetSmart training is good, but Aaron has made it great. Thank you!
Took my dog in for a bath, deshedding and nail trim. Paid over $70 for this and he still smells. I don't even think they bathed him because they said he's not allowed back because he's to aggressive. They had no problem the previous 2 times he was there. Never going back. His food is $20 cheaper in Walmart, and so is everything else.
