Just Train Crazy

Amazingly large and well stocked shop considering its relatively out-of-the-way location. Just Train Crazy carries a wide assortment of motive power, rolling stock, track, kits and scenic material. Nearly as much stuff as George's Trains or Credit Valley yet it probably gets only a fraction of the traffic that they do. Reasonable prices too.

Visiting from out of town I decided to take a little time to myself and drive out to Beamsville to visit Just Train Crazy. As I shopped I observed the owner showing and thoroughly explaining the requirements for DCC to a new hobbyist. As an experienced modeler I can say he was right on the mark with the advise he gave. I enjoyed my visit and left with some great purchases. Friendly, helpful, and great selection. Will be back the next time I am in town.

My wife and son went to visit this train store this week and the man inside was extremely unfriendly. He made my 3-year old son very aware that this store was not meant for children or even some adults. Long story short, don't go if you have kids. You need to be in some sort of secret train society to get in here.

I didn't purchase anything on my one and only visit so far but I have to say he had an excellent selection of N Scale locos, rolling stock & structures!

Has treated my friends very poorly and have banned a few friends who spent hundreds of thousands in model railroad. Hes a backstabber and a two faced. I was supposed to pick up a locomotive i couldnt afford it because of an circumstance. He got all mad at me. Well not my fault. I really wanted it. But no need to treat me badly

Dropped in the way to another hobby shop and found this store had everything I wanted and at better prices. Will definitely be doing more business in the near future.
