Every year, this is a must be at kind of fair.nnThere are so many fun things to enjoy while here. Rides, family shows, grand stand events, food vendors, toy vendors, games, the 4 Seasons building, and so so much more!nnMy favorite food vendors I always enjoy are Aurora Lutheran Church which offer great meals and pies , DeAnn's which I have been enjoying their pitas since I was a kid, the sweet corn which is so very tasty and delicious, kettle corn and getting lemonade and smoothies!nnI would recommend this to anyone who wants a day full of fun!
Love this Fair! Lots of rides and food vendors. It's free to get it. We paid $10 for parking and it was worth it. More fun than the state fair. We were there 3 hours and didn't even go thru the Animal Barns.
We had so much fun at the Steele county free fair. There is so much to see and do. It's huge. Bring a stroller and plan to spend hours there. My son loved the petting zoo, animal feed is crazy expensive though. Kids can also ride a pony $7 or a camel $10. There are many barns with many different kinds of animals to look at. Multiple buildings with business booths selling very unique products, giving away items, and promoting many things. The midway rides are plentiful. Tons and tons of amazing food vendors. We went twice and we will be back next year.n2022 update: we spent the $55 on the Meg ride pass. We went 4 days which was perfect the 3 year old could ride a few hours until he was tired of it and come back another day. Well worth it!
It's a great county fair, very clean, completely different day & night vibes. Daytime is much slower pace, better for kids & seniors, Nighttime much busier, definitely a little more difficult to get around but on scale of 1-10, its a solid 9 Rodeo was great!
Visited only in Winter for the Steele Couny Blades hockey games as the Four Seasons Arena.nEveryone I have met that is from the area is so wonderful.nWe are going to make it a definite date on our calendar to visit the actual Fair this summer.
