Torey's Restaurant & Bar

Torey's is an excellent alternative to the manufactured corporate experience you get from Applebee's. Want a great grill and bar with fantastic food they actually cook and don't reheat? Go to Torey's. Torey's has a great atmosphere with a variety of dining options, they're super friendly, and you can really tell they want you to be happy with your meal so you can become a life long customer. Torey's has some of the best food in town and their burgers are perfection, cooked to order on great bread with the toppings you want. The only thing that keeps me from eating at Torey's more often is the price. Some of the meals there can be on the spendy side but you definitely get what you're paying for. Their lunch menu is reasonable so I'd suggest starting there.

Stopped for lunch on a road trip up from Ames. Nice and close to the highway and pretty good food. Got a soup and salad and enjoyed the stop, but nothing blew me out of the park

Torey's always provides an excellent meal. The tap beer list offers a good variety of choices. There are great specials like Reuben tots. The staff offers excellent service.

They have really good food here, a selection on the menu for many different tastes. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Semi-cozy with nice booths or tables. It can be noisy when it is busy, but you should go check them out if you have never been there before!

Steak was improperly cooked and their top sirloin tasted like a cheap roast. Waited over an hour after placing our order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
