Asanti was shift manager, she was so helpful and patient as we tried using the kiosk and we messed up and she literally just stepped right up to help us out. We received the type of service that was outstanding, haven't had such a nice friendly service like that in awhile at a fast food establishment. We dined in and everything tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. It definitely hit the spot. Thanks again for the great friendly service.
The staff are nice, professional, and helpful. I really like the fact that we take our orders. The food was appealing, flavorful, and enjoyable. The only down side was the tables because they didn't clean them. I defiantly understand that when it's busy there's not a lot of time to do that, but it would be more appealing to eat on a clean table.
Got 2 milkshakes and 2 double cheese burgers. The burgers were made all types of wrong, they messed it up. No pickle, no mayo, no ketchup. Only old rotten lettuce and onions. The burgers were made so thin that it would take 3 of them to make a real patty on a McDonald's burger. They hide the lack of quality with excessive salt. The milkshake was very good though. We won't be back. Not worth it with all the other choices out there. Manager was nice but food was a serious let down.
The food at this restaurant is simply outstanding. Every dish is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The service is also excellent - the staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I can't recommend this place enough.
Opened my to go bag & saw this, then realized I didn't get my drink from my combo meal & was told "its self service but we outta cups". Absolutely useless staff...
Absolutely disgusting. Every table was filthy. We had to clean our own table. To top it off the floors were filthy as well with old food on the ground and sticky floors. If I would have known this I would not of placed my order and would have walked right out the door. I ordered a large ring and only had 4 rings also, and my Frisco melt was so small compared to the past. Never again. Beware!!!
Food was good, but no real service to speak of. You order at a kiosk, then go pick up your food when it is done. I had to ask multiple times for some things. But at least the food was very good.Food: 5/5
DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, RUDE EMPLOYEE, and BLAND FOOD We were supposed to go to the hamada of japan but they were at full capacity and it was my sisters birthday. We ended up here and I put on a good face but this place is disgusting. -Dirt is caked on the floors, and trash on the floor -Bathroom was nasty -We asked if someone could wipe down our table, which was met with disdainful words. An employee said ,” Ugh! Why do people keep showing up,” when she thought she was in the clear and proudly told her coworker she herself was not going to wipe it down. Again I had to ask if someone would wipe it down and a young male kindly did so. We should have left but my mother already paid, it was really late, and I wanted my sister to at least have dinner with us on her birthday. -The food was bland and so was our shakes. Not mention we found cloth material in my sisters fries. This place is an utter disgrace compared to my regular steak n shake. -We will never come back and we will be calling the health department
The only thing that gets a star is the staff. They are amazing. However, this location should be shut down. It is by far thee dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. The smell is horrible, everything is beyond dirty and the bathrooms were out of a horror movie. It is so disgusting when I walked out I threw up. Disgusting is putting it lightly. I worked in a morgue and that's what this place smells like. HORRIBLE !!!!
Definitely an experience. The staff was friendly, especially the manager. She was very energetic and kind. The food also came quick. The only ick I have is that it's not very clean, specifically the floors. But overall not bad!Food: 3/5
