They tried to make me take a pretzel in place of a chili cheese hot dog that they didn't have. They refused to refund my money. I had to go through Grub hub. Horrible service.
I almost always take food out of the place but the place is clean and the ice cream is very good! The people there have always been nice.

Honestly the best Dairy Queen I have seen. It’s super clean, the staff are super friendly, and the food always comes out looking like the picture. Aashay, one of the workers, was super friendly when we came in. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, and answered all of our questions as annoying as I’m sure they were with a smile. And after we ordered, our food was out in a jiffy!!! Even being busy like they were, they were still super kind and patient with us. 5/5 stars for me.

Horrible customer service. I walk in an two women are talking and keep talking after seeing me at the register. Still, they continue talking. I finally order and once I’m handed what I asked for, nothing was said and the women walk away. I have to ask another employee for my card back while I wait, again. Find another Dairy Queen if you’re considering this one
Never EVER again will I EVER spend money here. Service was terrible! I asked the lady at the register how was the strawberry and chocolate chip blizzard and she responded with an attitude that it was good. I ordered it simply because I love strawberries and it was absolutely disgusting. I asked the lady who took my order if I could exchange for a choco blizzard and she stated that my order was my fault, I should have ordered what I knew taste good. Wow....the nerve!! Horrible customer service! Never again! Waste of time and money.
I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party today and went at 11:30 to pick up and no one was there no has answered the phone either. So luckily orland park had a smaller cake for me that they could write happy birthday for me. This is horrible business and I will never go to the Tinley park location. If you know you have a cake pick up then show up to work or call and let some know.
We have a Daily Queen in my town but, we make a point of going to this one. I love that they make dilly bars in house most others get theirs from corporate and their serving size is amazing. The store by us makes their ice cream servings cones sundaes etc half if not smaller than this location. I'll take a chance on things melting rather than go to our local store. Sorry local store ill try to remember to take a picture next time we go here. Keep up the amazing work!! Thank you! One thing, I do wish they were open earlier than 12:00 noon though. Seems kinda late to open but that's just my opinion
Very friendly & great service I'm only giving them a 4 because they didn't add the extra strawberry cake that I paid for to my blizzard
