I ordered delivery and it never arrived. I called my DoorDasher who said he was waiting over an hour and is canceling and he hung up. I called the store but was transferred to the customer service call center who stated “we don’t deal with problems, you would need to contact the store directly” and then they auto connected me. The store never answered the call both times attempted. I received my order over a hour late and when I opened it, it looked like someone quickly grabbed food and threw it in box and bag. They didn’t send the correct order and the food had a nasty spice to it. Unfortunately it was not good and we ended up throwing it out. Just terrible terrible terrible and will not order from here again.
Ordered a Deep dish online an hour before picking up, I get there and it's packed with people waiting for their orders. Mine is not ready as well and there was no one attending the counter. I finally get my pizza and head home but what I discovered was certainly not what I ordered! Looks like they took any cheese pizza they had and stuffed it in the box. This place is seriously understaffed and not well run! Buyers beware and always check your order!
Honestly if you could give a place a 0 this would be that place. It's terrible in every way you can be. They never have pizzas ready no matter what time of the day you go. If by the slim chance they do it is old and dry and not fresh. Everyone that works at this location is rude and you can clearly tell they don't like their job or care in any way. I'll never go back. If by chance you do want to order just be sure to do it online beforehand so your food will have a better chance to be ready when you get there but even that isn't guaranteed. Doing that by no means guarantees that it will be fresh either unfortunately. I just suggest avoiding it completely until they get new management or workers who actually care.
I had the worst experience for pizza today! I am a customer who has undoubtedly placed over 100 orders here. Today I placed my order at 3:50pm the app said it would take until 4:05-4:10pm to be ready. my son gets out of the car at 4:30 and goes into the restaurant because he says they are packing her up. He answers the employee that she is alone and everything is late. At 4:50 pm the order says that it is ready to pick up and my son goes back in and comes back and tells me that he is not there and the employee will close. I get out of my car and tell the employee at 5pm that my order says it's ready and she says that she has to close the store due to lack of employees and that we should leave. I repeat that my order says that it is ready and says that I can pick it up after 30 minutes after she opens the door. I asked her if I can cancel it and she repeats that she won't attend me until 30 minutes have passed and she opens the door again. This employee was very rude and unfriendly with a very bad attitude! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Hot & Never Ready Waited 5 minutes at the counter with no one to be seen. Had to yell to the back to get service. 1:45pm and no hot and ready pizzas; this is the third time I've visited this location and they never have pizzas ready. Food is fine but service is non-existent.Food: 3/5
So I decided to grab a quick bit here while on break,I was told it would take 15mins which was fine so I waited for 7mins went back in my pizza was sitting out by the register and getting cold so I didn’t think of that at time , so when she handed me the box i left out and immediately turned back around to get crushed red pepper so while waiting for someone to come back to the front,I decided to open the back..; the pizza was overcooked, dare I say burnt so not having a lot of time I waited for about 4 mins and no one came back to the front so for me this place gets a less then one star , because they knew how overcooked the pizza was and still gave it out, but it was partly my fault I do know I should have looked first but I didn’t..
I ordered my pizza on the app. when I showed up to pick it up. It wasn't even ready for pick up. So I had to wait an additional 20mins past my pick up time. Pizza wasn't even hot at all and I didn't even get all my items. Everything I order from this company my order is always messed up and wrong and under cooked or cold pizza. That is and the last time I order from this location again. Little Caesars Pizza will not another order from me. I go to a mom and pop pizza place or a better corporate pizza chain.
I know this is just cheap and fast pizza, but there needs to be people who are better with customer service hired. When there's a lobby full of customers and only one gets communicated with because they yelled for attention, it is nonsense. Making people wait almost 15 minutes before you communicated with them is insane, especially when it took me knocking hard on the counter just to get someone's attention.
