If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in last night for take out and I order a 12 piece nugget and Mac and cheese. When I got home I opened my Mac and cheese and noticed that I barley got any. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he barely even let me get out any words first off. When he finally stopped speaking and allowed me to say what I had to say, I told him about the amount of Mac & cheese I received and he went on to say that “the amount that is given isn’t based of the size of the cup”. Like BFFR and make it make sense. I’ve never experienced this at any Popeyes location. I contacted Popeyes customer service and Jessica helped me out and gave me reward points. Moral of the story don’t go to this location the customer service is trash!
This location was awesome!!!! The dinning room was picked up, tables were wiped clean and everybody was kind. The manager took our order and everybody was busy, talking to each other respectfully, the food was hot and fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed being there because of how everyone was. One employee encouraged us to get and use the food app. Excellent dining experience
Well, first and last time we go to Popeye’s. Very disappointed. We ordered six ghost wings and three tenders. The wings were teeny tiny, must have been baby chicks. The tenders were very skinny, about half an inch wide & three inches long. What happened to the wonderful tenders they used to serve? They were mostly batter with very little chicken. What a ripoff! $13 & change for this. NEVER AGAIN! Parking: Limited parking. Nine cars behind me in drive in line
During the Pandemic, this place has remained a stable place for food. I have heard that this place was understaffed but that didn't stop the manager from doing this job and providing service. Good man. Deserves a raise. The staff that now occupy the store are kind and expedient staff. Definitely enjoy coming.
I had previously left a bad review for this location. But after trying them out yesterday I have to say I felt the need to come back on here and delete my old review. My order was perfect. The food and service was really good . I'm not sure if this location is under new management but everything was perfect.
I arrived here at 8:15 to order dinner. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait. The customer service was subpar and they came out to my car twice because they forgot what I ordered. After waiting for 55 minutes with my 3 children in the car I finally received my food. We finally made it home with the food to realized the chicken was completely bland and flavorless. When I asked for ranch the manager was sure to tell me he usually charges for it. I’m not sure how this was acceptable customer service especially when the food turned out to not be worth the wait at all. I’m a bit mind blown and I definitely will not be back to this location.
WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!! Seriously!!! You need to try it. The bun is toasted a couple pickles on it and a spicy sauce and the biggest boneless chicken breast ever. Wow !! So juicy! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous even during a rather large lunch rush. The on duty manager was great!!! She was assisting all the stations and bouncing around making it all flow. I’m definitely coming back!!!
They could be friendlier and more accommodating to their customers. I asked to substitute a breast which is more expensive for a leg much cheaper than a breast and was told no, go figure. ‍Food: 3/5
Food was decent. Got fries and didn't get any sauce. When I asked for a dipping sauce, the employee told me no and that I have to pay to get a sauce packet.Food: 3/5
I love Popeyes chicken, spicy tenders are always on point, but recently this location has just been slacking. Mac and cheese is always over cooked into a pile of mush. Something is always missing, this time my biscuit. I think it’s time to check out the Mokena location.
