Ste. Anne's Spa

A wonderful getaway! Make sure you leave your cell phones at home (unless you need them to take pics). Very relaxing, de-stressing place to go. Everything is done just right... food is amazing, atmosphere is so relaxing everywhere you go. The spa sessions add to the tranquility and the people who work there make your experience unforgettable. In my mind, it's that next step to heaven.....

Location is great- it's right off the 401. The food is 5 star as are the accommodations. They only area they need to improve upon us their spa services. Not all of their employees seem to understand the spa experience and/or are not 100% effective at delivering treatment. Also, the dining room staff seemed unhappy to me but shielded it as best they could.

Had a fantastic visit here with family. Beautiful historic site, facilities were great. Accommodations excellent. Meal service was lacking a bit. Had to wait 50+ minutes to be seated for tea. Our server for lunch left for the day before taking our dessert order leaving us sitting there for 40 minutes before someone noticed. Dinner service was a similar situation long long waits and no communication. No offer of a gift card or voucher at all. Didn't seem to care about our complaints.

Do you need a long vacation but can only escape for a night or two? This is the answer!!! Going to Ste. Anne's Spa is so luxurious. We stay in robes most of the day and enjoy the spa and food. Oh the food! Yum. The next morning is perfect for a walk around the property before going "spa-ing" again. I really feel like I can just relax here and after one night I come home refreshed and maybe even a little nicer. ;)

This place is simply amazing. It's a great getaway from city living and being in the (literal) countryside for a weekend. I took my wife here for her birthday and she didn't even want to leave when we had to check out. (I had to almost beg her to get ready in time for us to leave, haha, but we both had an amazing experience. The Eagle's Nest room we stayed in was SO SPACIOUS and roomy. We were pleasantly surprised. The spa services are great and relaxing. This whole place is about relaxing...just our cup of tea. Speaking of which: their tea selection is amazing and the food is good too. Customer service is great, staff are very courteous, accommodating and attentive to all your needs - special shout outs to Sam, Rick, Sonya (and team) for making our weekend really special. They were great and I'd recommend coming here 100%. We can't wait to go back.
