Enjoyed one night at St Anne’s Spa. Amazing staff, outstandingly delicious food, and comfortable accommodations! Had a wonderful facial with Karen, very professional and kind, she made me feel so relaxed. The trails and scenery are beautiful, hot, warm, and cool pools to suit everyone. Alex allowed a late checkout to allow us a bit more time to shower and checkout after our massages. Lots of comfy spaces to curl up with a good book. Thanks for a great experience and quality time with my daughter. We’ll be back next year……for 2 nights!
We went here after 10 years for our wedding anniversary and wow has it improved. The location is as beautiful as ever and still kept pristine. The staff were superb , so kind and helpful. Particularly the waiters and waitresses. The food was exceptional and they catered beautifully for our religious requirements. There's almost too much to do but it advice would be to just do two of spa activities a day and the rest just rest or lounge about and just rest. Even the overnight rooms were wow. Really tastefully designed and spacious. We would highly recommend staying 2 nights, no more, no less.
Had a great time with my mom for mother's Day! We stayed overnight in the "flower room". The beds were comfy and the room was nice : On the website it says it has a wood burning fireplace, but it's been replaced by a gas insert. The whole property is beautiful, and there's lots of comfy couches and fireplaces inside to hang out by. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly! They don't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own wine : there's no tipping, so the price you see is the price you pay. We got a couple of treatments at the spa which were lovely, but the outdoor hot tubs were the best part!!! It's extra nice cuz you can check in early and check out late, and still use the facilities. They have lockers and change rooms downstairs! It was a great experience! We'll definitely be back again next year!
I always make sure I go at least once a year and every seasons brings opportunities to try out the different amenities. I usually come fall and winter when I’m desperate to pamper myself and this last trip I did the summer which was fantastic. The outdoor pool as well as the therapy pools are amazing with the expansion and the rooms are freshly renovated. The food and plating is perfection and there is something for everyone including people with dietary restrictions. The staff are super friendly and accommodating so you just need to book and treat yourself already!
First time, and it won't be the last. The entire experience was lovely - the service, the accommodations and the food - the food was outstanding. Our greeting was lovely - Sharon at the 'cabin' was such so pleasant, Sheldon who did our tour was fabulous. Maria who did my spa treatment skin nourishment was terrific. We loved the thermal pools and the steam rooms. Highly recommend.
Our “me” day spent at St.Anne’s was the most relaxing and enjoyable day we are so pleased to tell you all about. It was actually quite outstanding really. Two of my sisters and myself felt it would be the perfect way to celebrate the “milestone birthday” of one of the sisters. From the moment we arrived until we said our farewell, our day felt magical. Each and every staff member went over and above in making quite certain the day was special. And it most definitely was. The relaxing massage treatment I had was absolutely divine. Next I met Paul with his magical hands who treated me to an intense scalp massage followed by a peppermint foot and calf massage. I felt completely renewed. The lunch and afternoon tea was scrumptious. Generous portions. Truly prepared by a Master Chef. The outside therapeutic pools melted away the aches and pains. My personal favourite was the eucalyptus room. And chilly on the comfy couches and gazing out onto the beautiful property. We cannot wait to return.
The atmosphere at Ste. Anne’s is indescribable. You have to experience the beauty of the property, and the layout of the spa for yourself. As a first time “spa goer”, my expectations were low. After leaving, my standards are now high. The ease of communication with the trained spa services staff and, the delightful dining experience and hardworking and friendly staff, made the experience feel homelike. The fellow guests, non-judgmental environment and smiling faces, made the experience a memorable one. So memorable that we are heading back in March! Some staff went above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service and they truly love what they do and it came through. Explore for yourself and relax at Ste. Anne’s!
We came to St. Anne's for a work retreat - a bit of relaxing and self-care and a bit of working as well. We stayed in the Farmhouse which was lovely. I really enjoyed being a little separate from the main building and having additional privacy and quiet space, as well as a hot tub of our own. Staff were amazing - seriously - how do they find these people? We only had one sub-par interaction the entire time, which, considering how things are going these days, was exceptional. Staff including Michael, Conrad, Donna I hope I am remembering her correctly, and Ariel, as well as one additional breakfast more mature female staff member with short brown/black hair whose name totally escapes me, were exceptional and deserve a shout out. Conrad's chipper mood and enthusiasm were enjoyed by all of us, and each interaction was a delightful, bright spark in our days. Michael was always happy to shuttle us around and make enjoyable conversation the whole time and we never felt like a nuisance, even if the farmhouse was only walking distance. Connor at the gym was attentive about me using the inversion table and was always right beside me in case I needed him - what attention and care! Wow! Ariel went to special lengths to accommodate somewhat ridiculous meal requests again, thank you Ariel and to plate one dessert with extra care to celebrate a birthday and even posed for a picture with us and offered to take a photo for us. She is a quiet gem <3 !All of these acts of kindness were notable and appreciated. Breakfast and dinner staff were hard-working and pleasant and accommodating. The staff alone would be a reason to return, even if none of the other amenities were present. I also want to put an appreciative shout out to the diversity of the employee roster. As someone with a special affinity for diverse workspaces, I felt very happy to see the different people on staff and I applaud management for their inclusive practices. Y'all are doing just great! Thank you.
One of the best decisions I made was to come here with my friend and get pampered the entire time. I went for an overnight package and if you really can, I would love to visit for 2 nights. The spa was clean, the room I stayed in was so spacious Dove . The staff, the people, the overall environment was relaxing and serene. The property itself is so big that walking the trails was so worth it. Going to St. Anne's bakery is delicious. The food, the water therapies and the spa treatment was the cherry on top. However, I think the experience could not have happened if it weren't the staff that made it so special. Some people to be recognized here: Guest Services: Michael, Kelly, Shannon, Melissa, and Liam Restaurant: Donna, Ashley, Justine, Dominique Innkeeper: Laura Spa Treatments: Grace and Maria k both amazing Thank you for making our stay such a.memorable one and I hope we'll have the opportunity to visit soon!
Great experience here! Fantastic massage and the grounds are stunning. Only complaint it felt perhaps a little over booked it was a little over crowded seeming at times. We also found the check in process had some kinks - e.g we had to wait outside a cold hut in the snow to check in, and had to store our luggage in our car until the room was ready as they didn’t have storage available. Otherwise really enjoyed our time there! Kind staff and great food!
