We are currently staying here for 2 nights. We had to call the front desk and ask them to get the room next to us to be quiet. The walls are very thin, you hear everything. Kids were jumping on the bed in the next room hitting the wall next to our headboard , we could feel it in our bed. The bathroom floor was not clean and I had to clean up body hair that was not ours when we arrived. The beds are not comfortable my personal opinion and our fridge stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to throw away our food that was stored. We did not get much sleep and were very disappointed. Staff were friendly and helped us with any concerns we had. The location was perfect for our hockey tournament. We will not be returning in the future.

Upon arrival around 2 pm we pulled up to find people totally wasted and drinking outside their room with beer cans sitting outside their door... NOT a good first impression.... went inside to reluctantly check in.... teeny tiny lobby.... front desk lady was not friendly at all... no hello ... nothing....while we were in the lobby, one of the drunks went and opened my car door where my teenage daughter was and mumbled some drunk talk ... she can inside asap and explained what happened.... both people at reception acted as if this was no big deal!!! Never apologized... never said they would send someone to deal with it right away... NOTHING! This is unacceptable.... our hockey team with lots of children should not have to worry about drunks at 2 pm! We went and stayed at best western instead and were greeted by all the front desk staff!!! More than welcoming!! The hospitality at this place was non existent... hotel itself is ugly... dirty.... and sketchy!! Other reviews said the same! Stay anywhere else...
Stayed here for a night as a backup plan after a reservation at a nearby motel that was disgusting.nWe were delighted with our experience here comfortable beds, TV, Wi-Fi, and the included all you can eat breakfast was surprisingly so good !
Great service at check in and check out.nMy room was clean and a good size.nOverall it was a good place to rest for the night.
