Very clean rooms with more than enough amenities. Our one bedroom room had a bathroom with large tub, a couch, TV, large desk, and a well stocked, small kitchen. Kitchen had a small fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, full size coffee pot, and two burner stove. Plenty of dishes and some cookware. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection of foods and decent coffee.

Newly renovated rooms. Very clean, and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast in the dining room. Lots of different choices. Staff were helpful with any questions we had and were quick to get us checked in.

Service was excellent, and the suites are well stocked down its perfect for a longer stay. Quick access to the freeway and downtown Guelph at the same time. Rooms had a few small issues, but the hotel is also renovating and updating as of Sept 2017, so hopefully those thigs will all be addressed.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and proactive. An easy value recommendation for anyone staying in the area.

Free cookies Mondays through Thursdays after after work hours. Alright for long term. Breakfeast sucks and keys have to be recharged because they don't work after a couple of days (maybe only for my room). The gym is alright. Diner also sucks (only Mondays through Thursdays). Wifi is trash in my room. Internet speed is not bad though. The gym is pretty good; there are no leg machines and the machines suck. Room service is nice. They except dogs. Elevators fast. Currently under renovations. Would obly recommend for a week or less. After a week hotels the experience gets boring, but thats with every hotel, unless resort.
