Starbucks

Went in June 28,24 the guy who serviced us was amazing even through was busy made us feel like we were the only ones there when he was making our drink. June 29,24 went in the lady didn’t make our drink right and made us feel it was our fault. Even seen her throw the drink in the sink which isn’t a big deal but customers shouldn’t see attitude like that. The service was great but the way the one lady treated the staff she was with and us needs to be worked on.

I had a negative experience at Starbucks due to the staff's poor attitude and rude behavior. It seemed like the staff was trying to dictate how I should have my coffee, which I found to be unprofessional and unexpected from a brand like Starbucks. I have been a loyal patron for over 35 years and never encountered this level of service.

Thank you for your effort today. The experience was as expected- wonderful. May the 4 baristas present today be blessed with fortune.

I've never had an issue with starbucks until this location. I always order an iced water with strawberry inclusions for my child and it's never been an issue. They refused and said it's against company policy unless they charge me $5 for an iced lemonade... They just want to take your money and not help the customer. I will not be returning to this location.

I was at the drive thru on April 2 and bought a chicken bacon Sdwfor $10.35. This product was hard, crusty, dry and hard to chew. No sauce on the bun! I couldn’t eat it. I was driving out of town so couldn’t return it. Tried calling manager, but phone just rang and rang. I consider Starbucks a quality establishment. However, I will not order food there again.
