The staff were friendly, at least no issues at the pickup window but both of our burgers teen and mozza were pretty sad. I'm not sure if it's normal operating procedure but they both had only one piece of bacon, and tasted not great. The teen burger was.. bland. And I generally experience A&W patties to be a bit salty. The onion rings also were not great, seems like they had been sitting. Lots of inconsistency on the seasoning, just patches seasoned somehow, with others not seasoned at all. I did eat a few before taking the photos shown below. But ya sad day.
Yes you can stay and eat there or go throw the drive through. It's a fast paced environment. I go there a couple of weeks ago.
Their burgers are delicious! Onion rings and sweet potato fries yummy. Rootbeer so refreshing! I can understand why the traffic outside was constant! Nice staff - interested in their customers!
We ordered on the mobile app. Not only did they not prepare the order, but when they did, they forgot onion rings and the drinks. This place is an absolute gong show. I always have low expectations and a ton of patience for fast food workers, but this was beyond incompetent*
Good service and tasty food. Staffs are friendly specially mike from Philippines. Onion rings are a must try item.
