Intermission Restaurant & Lounge

This was a real and pleasant surprise. We came with very little expectation and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. There isn't really a time when it's not busy however the service is extremely efficient and always by someone with a smile. The arrival of Hurricane Ian really tested this with all guests obliged to use the facilities due to curfew. Even then, the staff were as cheery and efficient as ever. The food is simple but really well executed. We ate here often during our holiday. Whether it was a quick breakfast before hitting the parks or a pizza via the mobile app, the food was always quick and tasty.

Hit or Miss A Bit Over Priced My Hubby and I ate here at least 4 times while staying at the Disney All-Star Music Resort. I suggest the Blue Burger.

A pretty simple and easy place to eat! We visited at around 2pm and found that quite a few of the tables were unclean. The decor feels a little outdated. Food was average.

We got the breakfast portions a la carte and they were very healthy in amount and the prices were good . Drinks were of course pricey . The Pizza is what we had for supper and it was very tasty . This is a great family value menu if you’re on a budget .

Pizza was okay but the crust was slightly hard, and tough to chew. Definitely worth buying the whole pizza compared to just a single slice. Prices were okay, given it's a Disney resort.

We are still here so I may add to this review. Monday was our first night here and we decided to try their soup. It was about 10 p.m. and it was really cold out. We were so glad we got the soups. We had both the chicken vegetable and the corn chowder. Both were very good. However, they weren’t hot enough. There are microwaves in the food court but the soup needs to be hotter to start with. The chicken soup was really good. Chicken and veggies with a slight Italian taste to them. The corn chowder was excellent as well. Nice and thick and lots of corn. My 19 y/o daughter had never had it but she really liked it. I give both soups a 4.5. Took off .5 stars for the temperature. The Zesta crackers that came with the soup were stale. I don’t see how packaged crackers can get stale? 2 days later we had the veggie soup again and it was even better! This serving was chock full of veggies and chicken. Lots of flavor. More than our first serving. But again, it was not hot. Crackers were stale. We found out that for lunch there is only one choice of soups. 2 choices at dinner. We also shared 6 breadsticks served with a large serving of marinara. The breadsticks weren’t on the menu so it took awhile to find out what they cost. It looks like you can order 1, 2, or 6 breadsticks. Even the cashier didn’t know how to ring them up. 6 breadsticks considered an entree were about $6.00. The breadsticks were disappointing. They had been sitting so they weren’t hot and the ends were rock hard. I went back and got replacements and they were better, but still some of the ends were as hard as rocks. The breadsticks are pretty plain. Would have been better with some garlic and butter on top. I give the breadsticks 1 star. My mom enjoyed the soup so much for lunch that she wanted it again for dinner. Again the soup was delicious, but not hot enough. Microwave to the rescue! They also had ham and bean soup so it was tough choice for my mom to make! I decided to have the seared chicken breasts 2 which are served over a large serving of garlic mashed potatoes and haricort vert green beans, a large Parmesan crisp, and chicken jus. $10.99 I checked the temperature of everything as soon as I received it a nothing was hot. I heated everything up in the micro. The chicken had good flavor and the pieces are quite large. The beans were excellent. Not over cooked. The mashed were good as well but I didn’t really taste garlic. The crisp was nice and crunchy. I love crunchy cheese! This entree could easily be shared. I have one piece of chicken leftover. I give the chicken 4 stars. On thing that is very annoying is how cold the food court is! On Monday, the 21st, it was excessively cold and 2 days later, almost as bad. We opted to take our food back to our room where it wasn’t as cold and it didn’t get colder everytime someone opened the doors. It feels Iike the entire resort is not running the heat. Even in our room, it’s cold. The highest setting is 78 degrees but the room doesn’t get warm. Only the A/C seems to be working. Perhaps its the same in the food court. Where is there no AP discount? Makes no sense to me.

I never usually post reviews but Rhyne at food court was great! They need to recognize him a whole lot more here at Disney all star music Thank you bro!

Food ok not bad for a quick bite before going out or after a long day love the refil cups you buy for 21.99 and refill throughout your stay only in the resort

We ate breakfast here before we went to the parks. I got the mickey waffles, they were pretty good. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly and we didn't have to wait in any long line.

We decided to get a late supper one night after visiting Epcot for the day. They have a great family meal in which you get a pizza, breadsticks, and a salad. I thought the food was really good. One of my daughters purchased this cute beautiful unicorn cupcake. She said it was good but you are definitely paying for the "prettiness". The cupcake itself tasted like a standard cupcake. But she was excited to discover the sprinkles in the middle! We have always enjoyed staying at All-Star Music and eating at Intermission.
