Boston Pizza

I am always a fan of the Boston Pizza chain because there food is always good and consistent between chains. How ever I felt the need to write this review as my server was so kind. Her name is Destiny and she was very attentive, friendly,and happy. She really made it feel like I was just there visiting her. Next time I'm in town I will definitely go back.

It's always been a fun outing to Boston Pizza. A few items on the menu have been favorites for years.nThe last time I went, I had a great server named Destiny. She was polite and always there when I needed something for the table without feeling like they were hovering. The host, Justice, was also very friendly and nice.nLook forward to going again.

Me and my friends went to go watch the hockey game playing and the host Emily was so helpful getting us a good seat in the bar and Rebecca was such an excellent server!! Both of these employees did a fantastic job

I have to say, Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal. The fact she was in the bar by herself serving over 10 table at a time and still gave me the best service ever, is mind blowing. You bartend, serve tables, clean tables and keep a smile on your face ? You're incredible - I travel a lot for work and rarely receive service like this. Thank you for everything - You need a raise, BP !

I had the worst meal ever tonight at Boston Pizza Salmon Arm. The staff were very rude and when I told the waitress that the chicken fingers were spicy she told me that they aren't but might be a little as they are cooked in the cactus chip fryer. My son ordered a grilled chicken bowl with no tomato and got a chicken burger. When asked to talk to the manager after that we were ignored. We went to the counter as our waitress never brought our bill. I told the lady at the till I was very disappointed with the service and wouldn't be back and her reply was she didn't care doesn't matter to them. Then they told me they couldn't take cash I needed to pay by debt and I said I was paying with cash. One of the worst restaurants I have ever been in and staff are rude and ignorant. I will never recommend Boston Pizza in Salmon Arm.
