Panago Pizza

Sad to say that today was a special one. Pulled up to get ice and pizza to come out of the store next to panago to find a "pleasant" (not so pleasant) employee of panago Giving me a piece of her mind about my dog In the car. We love our pooch and set him up with open windows and sunroof with the air conditioning running and a water dish and was In the store buying ice for literally 3 minutes... to come out and have her ridicule and express her opinions about my dog in the car while hovering around my vehicle and looking at my license plate. She yelled at me and went back in... my husband was furious. I think something needs to be done about this. Either take your employee shirt off, as you do represent your company, and then express your personal opinion. This was extremely unprofessional and represented the company in a very negative fashion. Coming from someone with 15 years in hospitality and running 5 million dollar restaurants. Sad to say we didn't get pizza. Probably never will from here. That girl needs retraining. If the employer was interested, this took place on Wednesday July 12 around 2 pm.

I love panago pizza, but everytime I order the meat free pepperoni with added pineapple with this location they always forget the mushrooms and green peppers. It is very annoying.

Pana-don't-go. Would give 0 stars if I could. The Staff at this location have alot of work to do, standing around outside harrassing customers. Not Sorry for the review, customer service doesn't mean expressing your opinions on people. Like honestly stick to making pizzas. And get off Facebook. Pizza hut is around the corner.

I'm in complete and udder shock about the poor service of this location. I tried to place an order and was rudely interrupted multiple times. When I finally asked if I could place my order without being interrupted I was accused of being wasted. I cannot even begin to tell you how poor this service was. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and it's always something. Please I ask you to choose a different place to eat. Such a terrible experience.
