Pros...Friendly staff, good selection, great deal right now with the half price iced drinks during July, wonderful tomato mozzarella pesto panini.nCons...Quite a bit of a wait, dirty and empty drink station with no straws, or vanilla and chocolate and cinnamon and cocoa powder. Dirty floors, tables and chairs. Full garbage. Clean bathroom but garbage all over the floor.

Stop by this afternoon for the Bogo deal. Ordered two coffees, And then was not given the bogo deal at checkout. Male employee said they couldn’t reverse the transaction which I knew was incorrect, but said I could get another coffee??? So while he was making another coffee for me which I didn’t want A female employee gave me my originally ordered coffees. I explained the situation and she said she could reverse the transaction. I told her to tell her coworker I no longer wanted the coffees and to give me my money back. They talk and he proceeds to hand me two more coffees!! which I have no space for in my car. And sends me on my way. Single-handedly the most confusing and worst Starbucks experience I’ve had!

Had to take a minute to send a 5-star review for Daniela’s customer service! I did a mobile order for Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and I added too much vanilla when customizing. When I arrived I wasn’t totally satisfied with the drink. Although the store was busy, Daniela was so kind and offered to remake my drink. She said this was one of her favorite drinks as well and she wanted to sure I left with a good coffee. She remade it perfectly & said if I wanted more or less Vanilla just to let her know. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied with my coffee amid the chaos of a busy Thursday morning!nnThank you, Daniela! A little kindness goes a long way!

First location we stopped at was out of chai, this location doesn’t have cups lager than a tall so they are making 2 or 3 drinks to make up for it. Minimum of 20 minute wait WOW!

Ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frape with EXTRA Carmel and EXTRA crunch, got the drink with a less amount of Carmel and crunch that would be in the drink if I didn’t ask for extra. This wouldn’t even be okay for a regular Carmel frape, I didn’t taste any Carmel just coffe and the drink wasn’t even frozen like a frape it was watery like an iced drink. I’m afraid because I don’t too at Starbucks they make the drinks to reflect that.
