We had gotten 2 pick two vouchers from the last time we went to this location. The staff was super friendly about everything. Then came the night to use them, we tried ordering online and for some reason it wouldn't let us utilize the vouchers no matter what we tried. I called the restaurant and Jeff answered. I explained the situation to him and he got us taken care of over the phone. He was very apologetic because he could not take care of the driver's fee, however our food was taken care of. We payed the difference happily. Jeff was amazing and did everything he could to take care of his guests.

Panera is my fav place to eat because I have a lot of food allergies, and I know I can always get good food there that won't make me sick. + they are a chain (lots of them around) & not expensive. This location is particularly good because the staff are very welcoming, their food prep is on point & the iced tea is perfection.

Visited the kenosha one and it look so different. More seating and also they bring your food to you now instead of waiting to be buzzed up. Also I love the vegetable fruit drinks they added to the mix because I don't drink  pop.

The food always tastes good but this location seems to have outgrown their capacity to meet demands.  They were out of multiple things today and did not tell me until after I paid; which they tried to be accommodating to.  This has not been the first incident of missing the details and it appears it is more of this location in general not being able to keep up with the flow of customers.
