Starbucks

I've always had a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Today, I came in to redeem my birthday drink, and the male barista who served me even wrote a thoughtful handwritten birthday message on my cup. It was such a kind gesture that made my day even more special. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the coffee preparation area during my recent visit. As shown in the photo, the counters where drinks were being prepared appeared messy, with spilled ingredients, lids, containers, and residue left on the work surface. Since this is the area where beverages are made, cleanliness is especially important for customers’ confidence in food safety and hygiene. I understand that cafés can get busy, but maintaining a clean preparation station should remain a priority. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness of the bar area.

Starbucks remains my reliable spot for a sweet treat, especially when I'm craving a White Chocolate Mocha. It’s the perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy sweetness, making it feel more like a dessert than just a coffee. When I want something lighter but still cozy, their Chai Tea Latte is fantastic. The tea is always steeped perfectly, and the steamed milk adds a velvety texture that’s hard to replicate at home.

This location services the large highschool, elementary, and middle school a few blocks away, so I suggest avoiding around 7.30am and 3.30pm on weekdays. Other than that, it's usually not too hectic and can be a good place to study or visit with loved ones. The baristas at this location are almost always cheerful and fun everyone has their off days and I've noticed much more consistency with my drinks as of late, which isn't always commonplace with Starbucks. There's high top seating and a large table with chairs inside and lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade in the warmer months. They also have a decent selection of their merchandise, but not as much as the Willowbrook Mall location. One last thing of note is that it is a squishy parking lot, especially during the peak hours mentioned earlier, but there is more spaces closer to the bank and corner store.

Had a great experience here. Came in yesterday for my birthday drink and was immediately greeted by the barista working there. I hadn’t been to this location in a while and she totally remembered me and was so friendly. When I claimed my birthday drink at the till, the person there said happy birthday then a number of others joined in. The one that remembered me even offered an extra shot. Thanks for making my birthday morning special.
