Very busy and staff weren't working particularly hard to meet the demand. I ordered my item on mobile and had to wait five minutes until someone realised it was actually hidden behind the counter. Not a great experience. Other than that it was at least clean

Their drive-thru is always busy but they manage it right. Fast and friendly!

I've been here a few times and the service has been very quick, although I do see on occasion very unhappy staff but for the most part a great store. I would recommend cleaning the place a little bit more because I'v been to other places where there is high volume and the staff are quick to service and keeping the place spotless.

Drive thru has a tendency to take a bit. But the ladies are lovely

So crowded and such a wait! The resulting coconut milk latte was very poorly made and not hot. Like they didn't froth the milk enough. The drive through lineup blocked traffic getting in and out of Starbucks and the neighbouring stores
