I am leaving this terrible experience on behalf my aunt. I was with her during the whole time at Tim Horton's Willobrook location. Around 3pm October 29, my aunt ordered a cup of cappuccino to go. Paid 10 dollar cash and got 5.2 change. After a while, she reminded the staff she was not getting her order. Then they said there was no such order placed. However, after discussing kindly with the staff, they found the 10 dollar transaction in their till. Wrong order or missed order happens and I don't blame anyone for making small mistake. But the question they asked me next makes me making my first one star review on Google. They asked her "How do you prove it's your order?". We all know Tim's don't give receipt, and my aunt told them within last 5 minutes she paid 10 and got 5.2 back, which is exact what they have in their machine. How much more detail do you expect your customer to remember. By this point, none of the staff would make any comments, and said the manager wasn't on duty and no camera footage they can check. How do such a big corporation treat their customer over their own mistake of a cup of coffee. We end up got our 10bbucks back. And we were really disappointed of the unprofessionally trained staff at this location.

Decent service for most items and drinks but when ordering cooked food it can take a little longer than normally should take most times a day
