Tim Hortons

We were there last night. I have never seen such bad service. There was a mother and daughter ahead of us and it took a minimum of ten minutes to get to us . Then it took another half hour for us to get 2 coffees and 2 muffins. Even at that one coffee ended up tea and had to be changed. It was so bad that the people in the drive through came in the store to see what was going on. They left saying that they were not waiting any longer. Their order had not even been started. The people ahead of us did not get served until after we did. Staff did not seem to know what they were supposed to be doing and completely disorganized. The fellow who took our order disappeared and next thing I saw him outside holding signs , I guess doing replacements. Meanwhile we are waiting for our coffee and muffins. I will not go back unless improvements are made.

This is the unfavourable location among all others. Most of the time they don’t have what I want to order. I wish they had a good management. Best location but worst customer care.

Tim Horton vary widely in quality. Some are clean and modern. Some have most of the dougnuts behind the wrong name signs or piled up. When I comoment about the signs the response is " I just got here" or not understanding or caring. Years ago we were told by the beverage manager for western Canada that "according to the beverage industry there is no coffee in cappucino" based on this I do not have confidence in the wholesomeness of their products.

This location should be closed or the management/ownership should be replaced. I've had several issues with this location. On one particular date, no one spoke through the drive thur speaker. The location was open and several people were waiting behind me. After five mins, I saw an employee in the parking lot run inside. Then I finally heard 'welcome to Tim Hortons' on the speaker and I was able to make my order. When I completed my order and approached the window, to my surprise it was the employee I had seen in the parking lot. When I inquired about the drive thur not working for several mins (atleast five), he told me that he was late for his shift and only one employee was working inside and she was unable to operate the drive thru and front desk at the same time. I did not complain, but the situation was one of many I have faced at this location. The customer service is rude and they regularly mess up orders. This experience was simply a cherry on top.

As always . . . excellent coffee and they say the donuts are all calorie free! LOL
