Starbucks

Always love the coffee and the staff. The only reason I knocked off 1 star was do to parking and the drive thru set up. Too many people only do drive up and block the entry so you can't even get in to park. I park at the bank across - although I am a banking customer there.

I'm giving this Starbucks 4 stars only because it is very hard to get in and out of especially on a busy day. Other than this I would give a five star. The drive thru is usually busy but moves fast. The ladies at the window are always nice, greets you and often makes a bit of conversation if not too busy. My coffee orders have always been made correctly.

Sometimes they forget the cream in the Starbucks doubleshot, otherwise short lines, quick stop for coffee.

I usually get great customer service at Starbucks but today they refused to throw away my old coffee cup that I bought in the morning so I could put my Starbucks drink that I got in the evening in my cup holder. She told me they're not allowed to take trash from cars. Well if that's a Starbucks policy then good for her for following the rules but shame on Starbucks. That rule is pretty petty.

Not the quickest, they have limited space in the drive-thru and that causes some delay. Have tried to order ahead of time with the app and swing in to pickup and on multiple occasions still have to wait for drink to be made. We will continue to go because it's super close to the house, but will avoid if we are passing another one on our way to our destination.
