Super nice staff!! Even though I couldn't find anything today I will be back to try and find some more shoes.

I visited the Oswego store on Sunday evening 12/6/09. I am almost 8 months pregnant and my feet are so swollen barely any shoe fits me. Online it said the store carried extra wide with not just wide with. Unfortunately when I went in with my husband the store only carried wide. I explained my situation to an associate named Amber and she went above and beyond and actual sized me to make sure of the now new size of my swollen foot and made a few in store recommendations. I purchased a very comfortable shoe that I am happy with. I feel Amber didn’t have to do all that she did FF isn’t a store I’m sure that works off of commission but I think she truly enjoys helping people and I truly appreciate the time she took to make sure I got what I needed. Today Monday I decided to call the store and ask for the Manager. Mr. Miller is the Manager of the store and I made sure to tell him of my experience at his store. Honestly in this economy we are lucky to have a job and so many people still take advantage of the fact that they DO have one but don’t provide good service. This is NOT the case with the store in Oswego. Thank You Amber for doing your job well.
