Went in today to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the iPhone X. George Postich, the store manager, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable. Miguel Amezcua, one of the wireless specialists, also helped me with activating my phone. They also both helped my boyfriend upgrade his Samsung to the iPhone X in the same day. George and Miguel were very personable individuals from this store, and we will both be returning again to purchase additional phones in the future and accessories!

Transferred 4 lines over.Sabastian the assistant manager was WONDERFUL!! Made our transfer go easy and smooth.Stayed way after closing to assist our every need. Miguel was great in helping with transferring information for us.

I wouldn't reccomend this store to anyone its been 3 months and I have yet to recieve my phone. I also was called a week after the phone was ordered to come in and pick it up, but they then told me after arrival my phone isnt in. Anytime I call to check the status of my phone order they tell me they will call me back its been 3 months no call back. Your lucky if they pick up the phone at the store.
