Terry was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and very helpful in determining the best mattress for US, as opposed to the best mattress period. He truly went above and beyond for us--Terry, you are both an asset to Mattress Firm as well as a decent human being (a group of people which seems to be shrinking at an alarming rate). We will recommend Mattress Firm and Terry to all our friends!

Below is my email with the store manager I was dealing with on the box spring. He is willing to give me a deal but I do not think it is enough. Considering we waited over 3 hours for a box spring that was never going to come. Please read below. At 10:45pm we left the apartment and went back home. We asked the neighbor if they could look out for a truck and gave her the key to the apartment to let the guys in if they showed up. She said no one ever showed up. I assumed it was ok and it was just added on to the original order. I then received another email asking me to confirm time and delivery address and I did that. I did not receive any correspondence suggesting there was a issue with the delivery. It is reasonable to at the very least receive a email or phone call notifying me they would be unable to deliver without my signature. So this is what I am asking for. Since we waited for over 3 hours I am asking for the box at $50 and free delivery set up for tomorrow. I am hoping we can resolve this today. My son has not been able to sleep on his bed yet.
