Starbucks

The loaf cakes are always old and the beverages are mediocre. The ambiance is nice but it's in a shared space. Not the best Starbucks...

Love this Starbucks! The baristas are courteous, always making my drinks correctly, and never put whole milk or whipped cream in my drink if I don't want it - I'm lactose intolerant. The bathroom is open to the public as long as you ask for the code to open the doors. They let me sit in here for 15-25min in the mornings during the winter before I get my connecting bus to work, and don't harrass me to buy anything. Clean, modern, comfortable seating, great atmosphere. Definitely my favorite location of Stsrbucks

I go to this location often . It's always slow . Today I had 10 minutes to grab a coffee before my bus came. I got my coffee quick but I also ordered a sandwich which was my mistake I guess. Now mind you that there's 4 people currently working. One lady taking orders ( there was only 2 people in line ) , one person making drinks . Then two other completely random people doing basically nothing. I watched a girl put my sandwich into the oven and then completely walk away. Gone nowhere to be seen. Now it's been 8 minutes. The bus is coming. I'm eye balling the girl at the counter. She sees me staring at her. Up pulls the god damn bus.😡 So I had to walk out . So not only am I out $4.99 but I'm also out my breakfast. If you are going to have 4 people working and it's slow . There should be no reason customers are standing around waiting. Don't put someone's food in and then walk the hell away . I'll be going back tomorrow for a refund . Don't waste ur time at this place. Go up the street to Dunkin'!!!!!!

Service could be quicker. The way your drink tastes changes with the crew. I guess sbux is a sbux. I prefer the local coffee shops on the block instead

Dirty, stained seats. When I was new to Albany, I would always go here but not anymore. There's Stagecoach coffee right across, Stacks Espresso bar down the street and many other local coffee shops that serve better and cheaper coffee. Don't get fooled because you see the big Starbucks sign. Do your research and support a local business instead.
