We offer delicious and nutritious plant based foods to the Albany community.
Enjoy fresh juices, soups, sandwiches, and no gluten added items.
Private cooking classes and parties available.
Nutrition education and weight management classes offered.
Sharon Lastique, owner of Healthy In A Hurry is a Certified Health Coach who is dedicated to motivating people and families to make healthy choices daily- through food, exercise, and thought patterns and self-care. Sharon is excited to bring her years of cooking for others into her own space and share her love of international cultures with everyone through use of spice.

We inspire healthy healing daily by providing living foods, educating about food sources and nutrition, getting people moving and teaching others to honor their true self.

My friend is vegetarian and suggested this for dinner. The food was fantastic and she served us very quickly. The hummus was some of the best I've ever had. She quickly whipped up a soba noddle dish for my friend that he really liked. The smoothies are also very tasty. It's a cozy atmosphere inside with seating outside as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fresh and healthy meal.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in the door. Nothing but good vibrations and positive energy. I was impressed by the way the food made me feel. If you are looking to feed your spirit I suggest you give it a try.

Love this place! Best fresh juices on Lark street and excellent food! Had a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich and a watermelon/limeade smoothie. My tummy is happy.
