Very tidy store, nice staff. Helped me a lot on my search for noise cancelling headphones. Products are a bit outdated and not all colors are available and hard to find newer models. But nonetheless, I like coming here and support locals vs ordering everything online and they price match

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experience, which included a worker named Laird laughing at me after denying me a return. Staples really needs to reevaluate who they have working here and managing this location. The “manager” Mattias was standing there at his 60 year old employee spoke down to me and laughed at me when I went to leave. I have never been so disrespected and disgusted by the action of this worker. Whatever you do, do not shop here, and do not support this location.

So I had a very bad experience from the staff who is in printing service desk name shawn It’s been quite a few times i am experiencing this and feels very weird about his attitude. This is not the customer service that we are expecting. I went there for some photocopies I was asking him questions and he was rolling a eyes like men answer the question and I am asking you why you making faces... i didn't even finish my things he went to another customer while I was waiting in line I was like ok I can wait then he finished the thing with other customer and standing there doing nothing and looking at me I had to ask another girl called Ramandeep to help me... there was a old lady asking this man to do photo copy he said you can go print from printer... man she literally said if she can do by herself by would she come there... man if you can't do anything why are you here like go home... they are paying you just for standing there and starring at people and doing nothing... unbelievable.. do better Shawn...nshoutout to the girl Ramandeep who helped me not even me she was handling 4customer by herself at that time... a big thanks to you girl..
