Staples Vernon

Awesome location. My printer died in the middle of printing a very important set of documents. Manager Ryan helped me out with the rest of my printing and I made my deadline. Really great customer service!

I go to Staples first always. The customer service is always above and beyond, bonus that my pup also loves it there. Alex helped me with some cell phone troubles and I will now only go to Staples for my cellphone needs. They do plans now! He listened and set me up with the perfect setup all within my limited lunch break. Of course as always manager Gary rocks and greets you with a smile

I needed a unique pencil drawing copied that my daughter did but I was unsure how to do it without smudging it. Victor at the store was so helpful & kind. I didn’t feel like a bother and he found me an excellent solution. Thank you Victor.

Customer service in their printing/binding department is phenomenal, was told one of my textbooks would take two days to bind at Staples Kelowna and Staples Vernon did it in 20 minutes

We needed a banner created, and after trying ourselves came in for help. Abbey was incredibly helpful! They spent time understanding what we needed and created an awesome result! When we came to pick it up another worker said it was still in production, but after checking with Abbey, found that it was in transit.
