Auto Sound Plus

They're pretty bad, I'm not going to sugar coat it or lie. If I could give a 0/5 rating I would as 1/5 is still too generous. Before you think I'm just bashing, hear me out. I had Auto Sound Plus install 2x 10" subs, 2x amps, 6x other speakers for doors, and a really terrible double din deck that was supposed to be great. For starters, when the amps were installed the mounting bracket was screwed clean through to the exterior. Yes, you read that right, they used long screws and put holes clean through the cab of my truck. Here's the kicker, the owner didn't even care nor did he offer to help cover the cost to repair. What they did offer is to take the screws out or cut them off, like that would actually fix the problem. They also wired the subs wrong and when any power was given to them the whole system would shut down for 30s-1min. I took it back and had to basically argue with the owner that it was his shop that did the work, even after showing him the receipts for parts, labor, etc. After leaving my truck there for another half of a day, it turned out that the amps were definitely wired incorrectly. The fact that this shop put 8 fresh holes clean through the cab of my truck should not be forgotten. Fast forward a month and more issues started to happen. Now, just the highs shut off and I'll only have bass for a while. I'm not even going to bother taking it back here because I don't want to be forced to argue with the owner again. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this audio shop at all costs. There are better choices in Vernon, shops that will actually stand by their work without trying to fight you over it... Or putting 8 freaking holes clean through the cab of your vehicle. That is seriously wrong.

These guys are awesome, take your vehicle in and walk away, come back and every thing is done, on time and smiles all around. Recommend them highly, they will be seeing me again.

Brad is the best at what he does in this town no question. Always able to answer my questions and gives me a fair price whenever i need something done , whether its my own vehicle or for a customer. Always top notch service and would highly recommend

Great people, owner went out of his way to help me with a product i didn't purchase from them for no cost and was able to give me cash back with a return. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone need auto audio!
