We purchased a stereo, and when we set it up at home I was totally disappointed. I called them immediately and expressed my dismay and complete disappointment. They told me to come in and take some different amps and speakers and try them out for a week. They never charged me for all the extra equipment that I was testing. I did this several times with different equipment and they made me feel very comfortable, and assured me there was no rush. They wanted me to find the right stereo system for me. It took about a month, but I finally found the system that works well in my place and gives the sound quality that I expected. I was completely impressed with the level of concern they had about me being totally satisfied. I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else after that experience.

Went to the HiFi Attic to get some home automation, all I can say is wow! We are blown away. Great customer service and the system works great! We have music though the whole house(and theater). Lighting controls work great too. Will be back for sure.

Had the guys from HiFi Attic come and install a whole home audio system in our house, along with a complete Theater system. the guy's were very attentive to our wants and needs. Very impressed!
