Went in to look at something at the camera spot, could not find any help 3 other people looking for help and no one to be found. This store seems to have a shortage of staff because this happens alot, Once I finally saw a person come and help it was like the customers were just an inconvenience so I just walked out. Prices are not great they have absolutely no customer service, the store is old and tired and very cluttered. I find myself struggling to get around with all the stuff in the way. Seems like this once proud company is having hard times or they just do not care .....

we went to.the store today wonderful selection. it is disappointing that at the check out it would appear that we were burdensome to the cashier. extremely sullen and not customer orientated. we appreciate that people have things going on but when you are in a business where competition is strong you at least expect a thank you or interaction not just the word 'card' and our receipt given to us.

Stopped by for a quick grab of some needed items. The store is well stocked, but like so many others these days, it was not well staffed. Had some trouble finding what I was looking for and no one was around to help once I did find it, I had to wait in line for the one cashier that was on duty. On the plus side, at least it was open.

3 weeks ago i submitted my film to have photos developed. I’m used to getting them back within 3 days, but I’ve gone in and called and so far they have been no help whatsoever. Every other time I’ve done this I’ve been able to get them back with just my last name but this time they’ve been requesting the order number. My name is in the system but they have been saying they can’t give them to me without the number. They never told me I needed it and I’ve misplaced it so now I’m being told I can’t get it. I also have not gotten any emails or texts as I’m used to. So basically they’ve taken my money and are refusing to give it back or give my photos to me. These happen to be very important photos from the last four months. I’m really upset and disappointed.
