I want to thank the photolab team at the Vernon London Drugs for the BEST service and quick delivery time. I've used them for printing a lot of my photographs and they always take extra care to follow any special instructions and the prints come out perfect and exactly as I imagined them!! Thanks team!

I come here for boosters and passport photos.nnMy passport photos never require an appointment and it is done efficiently. I have never had a problem. Just don't wear any white shirts to ensure best results.nnThey only had one till open at the front for general shopping, but the priority here in Vernon is always the photo lab, passport photo, and pharmacy.nnIt's fun to drop by here about once a year. They carry random snacks too.nnIt's tough to justify buying snacks here when a Dollarama is next door.

Terrible attitude from the people in the electronics section. They called me after I left saying my stuff was not able to be fixed. When I called them back I got transferred to electronic help 3 times and they did not pick up the phone, the excuse was it was too busy. I was there 5 mins before and the store was basically empty. The lady at the front had to walk all the way back there and tell him to pick up the phone. And the guys still had an attitude. Great work.

Highly recommend for PAL & passport photos. No appointment needed. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for the great service!

Went in to look at something at the camera spot, could not find any help 3 other people looking for help and no one to be found. This store seems to have a shortage of staff because this happens alot, Once I finally saw a person come and help it was like the customers were just an inconvenience so I just walked out. Prices are not great they have absolutely no customer service, the store is old and tired and very cluttered. I find myself struggling to get around with all the stuff in the way. Seems like this once proud company is having hard times or they just do not care .....
