I did a stupid thing and used a cleaner on my Mac monitor. It was all cloudy and I thought I was gonna have to replace it for really big bucks. I phoned JBJ and they said to bring it down. They said there would be no charge. Cindy brought out a special cloth and brought it back to life in a couple of minutes. It looked brand new.  A big weight had been lifted off my shoulders.  Now that is service! If I never need help again, I only need to make one phone call and that’s to JBJ. Thanks a million Cindy.

These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and honest.  Everything you want in a mechanic you want in your tech support, these guys have it.  Sadly, my son's laptop was beyond repair, but Paul gave me some advice for future purchases.

Let’s talk about Cindy and JBJ! First and foremost, I work in the customer service business, where the answer is always yes! Now what’s the question?. I am in town on holidays and was in desperate need of a special document to be printed, with limited computer access I could not do this myself.  I decided my best bet was to call a computer company thinking they would have the latest technology to open and scan my document. So I called this company, and without hesitation, she stepped right up, welcomed me in, dropped what she was doing, and did everything I asked. The service here is over the top, genuine, and personal! ..and they would have my FULL recommendation for any of your computer or customer services needs, no questions asked. Thanks so much!

I've been in Vernon longer than they have and they're still the best service for computer repairs. A great selection of new and used systems and parts.

AMAZING job Thank you so much to the tech and sales rep I had  gone and bought a brand new pc with all the parts just not assembled  took it into jbj computers and the very next day I received a phone call saying it was ready Triple A Service if your looking to build a pc and need it done quick LOOK NO FURTHER! High Quality,great cord management Amazing price! I love this place and it will get all my future business!

Great and helpful staff usually has the oddball stuff your looking for

I took my desktop and my wife's desktop in to have them cleaned up. They also set up Thunderbird for my wife's email and they did a teriffic job. The computers run a lot faster after cleanup. The people there are very accommodating and spend time to answer your questions. They will be the company where my computers are taken for service. Thank you JBJ.
