Sabrina in printing solution shop is just so nice and helpful. I wait in front of desk and there were two staff members just pretend they did not see me and the line of people after me. When Sabrina comes she answers all my questions for printing and get my poster done nice. Also as printing posters takes longer then normal print. During the wait time she also take care the people behind me. Trying her best to help people in line. Thanks for her multi-tasking to get everything done perfectly. However this store seems always busy and definitely need more staff to cover.
Staff seems very disorganized. Went on September 21, 2022 to do Passport pictures. I was told by the staff to wait, as there were people ahead of me also waiting for their pictures to be taken. They weren't even catering to these people, which I found to be extremely odd. Eventually, the guys waiting for their photos to be taken just left with their pics being taken, and there no effort on the staff's end on assist them. I was still waiting up to twenty minutes, and neither of them addressed me to ask if I was ready. It was extremely bizarre. Then finally, it was getting ridiculous, and I asked them where is the associate who takes pictures, and then the guy acted surprised like "Why didn't you say anything"... I found it to be pretty unnerving but he was prompt AFTER the fact to get my pics taken and processed. I don't get where they are doing behind that counter. The customer service needs to be brushed up on. Even prior to me arriving, I called ahead of time to ask if there was going to be an associate who would be there to help me, but I couldn't even get through to someone right away. I had to call multiple times and then finally choose a different extension. They apologized over the phone and said by noon, the associate should be there to help, as someone on their team called in sick, or something to that effect. Of course, upon arrival, I was made to wait behind people they didn't even service. It was very weird. Didn't like the experience all that much. Don't know what that was all about. I had my daughter with me too, so I found their behavior and lack of attention to be inappropriate.
Horrible service in the printing department. Wanted to print some 8 by 10 photos as I have done before at another location easily. I was just told to go on the site and place my order and come back the next day, was having a hard time navigating the staples site in order to do so, and both the manager of the department and his associate just walked by me instead of assisting me further. Just left and decided to go elsewhere. Customer service skills required with some associates as there were none in this case.
Clean quite place to go for quick electronics. Staff are helpful when in for a quick drop off my plurolator parcel ..and a quickly came out before damages happen lol...as in extensive buying.
They have a woman manager not sure of her name. She is amazing and has always been helpful. Sadly the other staff members don’t always wanna help out. So it’s luck of the draw really! Would I go back?? Yes because I’m not gonna stop shopping because some employees seem to be lazy
Staff are very approachable and helpful. I usually shop for paper and crafts whenever I'm there and I always end up finding what I need.
Needing to buy updated Microsoft software, I went to this Staples and was so glad that I did. The Tech Support gentleman, whose name I've forgotten at the moment so I apologize, picked out the right software based on my needs. He downloaded it for me on my laptop for only about $25 extra. Three years ago, when I had tried downloading new Microsoft software on my own, my computer got hacked due to a fake website. It was torture, time-consuming and very expensive to rectify that big problem for me. So, getting this very patient, technical expert at Staples to do the work for me was and is so very much appreciated by me. Great price, too, for this extra service that he did so quickly. Thank you to him and to Staples!
Found everything I needed fairly quickly, didn't need any help from the staff, but also didn't see anyone anywhere other than at the cash, so glad I didn't need any help ... they had a good amount of stock for the things I looked at and a good selection for the size of the store ... I will shop here again in the future!
Called to ask in they had a voice recorder in stock...was told "yes". I responded, thank you, I'm on my way. I drive there and they don't have it in stock. I even spoke to the person I spoke to on the phone. Waste of customers time.
Not much production with staff member. They did not have a display of what is being advertised in their flyer or site. Also difficult to find a knowledgeable staff that can help with back to school items ...experience out of 10 would be 6.......
