Worst experience ever. Went there today on black friday and was lied to that i can not get approved for a line because of bad credit. And then my friend wanted a line as well and was told that they are not going to give us any plans/lines because we look like frauds. Showed us so much attitude as well, was very disappointed. When i went to rogers right after everything went well.

The guys in this store are the best!!! They are very friendly, helpful, as well as very knowledgeable in regards to the products they sell. ASHRAF, DEVON, (and your manager whose name I can't remember)! BRAVO! on a job well done...

Nothing but good experience with the staff here. I've been here twice. the first, to buy a bluetooth. i thought I knew what i wanted but Milan pointed out potential problems that, for what i needed, were dealbreakers. he pointed me toward plantronics and it's *perfect*. it sits in my ear securely without flipping out or sliding off or causing pain. best of all: no ear infections! then i went because they alerted me to a solution to my critical lack of data (i only get 6GB per month, which is completely insufficient). i ended up with a total of 10 gigs per month for $30 less than the equivalent plan with my cell phone provider! best of all: something went completely snafu on my cell phone account. i ended up sitting for nearly two hours while he was on the phone to my provider trying to figure out wth went wrong. problem resolved AND i was compensated for my trouble - THAT is customer service. other BB stores should send their employees here for training.

Not going to recommend this place associates were too busy on phones and when you ask them question they show you attitude.

Really bad customer service , rude associates . Don't have the right attitude towards customers.
