Actually, very bad mannered and rude manager. Totally overcharges for passport pictures then only offers two pics and tries to charge extra for the complete set. $18 for 2 infant pics??!! Try someone who can actually take a good pic set while happy and friendly about it.

Photos came really fast and was good quality! I love the way the guy deals with his customers. Very friendly and always has a smile!
