EB Games

Great store. Staff is helpful and kind, the products are well displayed and everything is nice and clean. The location is also good: close to the food court on the second floor.

Overall this EB location varies depending on which employee's working that day. I've had good service but some extremely bad at times. I once had to wait till 10:30am for someone to open up the store 30min late. Of all the EBGAMES I've visited this ranks as one of the worst, as they lack consistency.

had to run back into the store before closing. dude forgot to bag my 2nd item. went in, brought to his attention and he’s like no i put both in, i showed him my receipt: “ya the game and ... grips...oh (turns around) right there here (take from counter) ya here” (gives me the dirtiest look) “thanks..?” not one of my favourite locations

Do not shop at this store. Made a purchase and paid in full. An hour later the manager searched my personal info and threatened me return the item, shouting over the phone. Antonio the manager apparently made an error in the $300 purchase I paid and made threats over the phone that I must return the item or he will call corporate departments to come look for me. That is ridiculous for an employee to behave like this to a customer.

Much love to EB Games Woodbine Centre for making my son's 13th birthday a happy one. Despite not having Splatoon 2 or the Nintendo Switch, that he had been so anxiously awaiting at the time, the staff was very patient with him and understanding about his sadness. Their kindness in addition to their helpful ensured that I wanted to buy from them rather than shop somewhere else even if that meant waiting a few days for a new shipment. Thanks again EB Games.
