Patel is the MAN I just broke my phone on a job and could not get into contact with my head office location so I was stranded! He was professional and understanding! He got me in and out fast and I am greatfull of his work thank you my friend have a good life 🙏

Just plain horrible. This review is for the one at Fairview Mall as for some reason this store isn't posted there. I came in to see the display quality of the S6. Soon as I came in I was immediately bombard with questions by some Fat Indian guy asking me what I'm looking for & all other stuff. I said I was looking to try out a phone, he pointed me to the only demo phone they had the S6 Edge! When watching a video he came in asking me what provider I was with, if i plan on getting a S6 Edge & more which I don't remember. Even asked me what I'm doing! Why the hell does he care? He was even watching what i was looking at for more than a minute. If I wanted help I would ask. Later another person that worked there took the phone & said STOP! Didn't even look like he knew how to handle or use the phone. He told me to please leave & said that playing games wasn't allowed (even though there was games on the phone, THAT DOES NOT COME PREINSTALLED). I told him I wasn't playing games & he told me watching movies wasn't allowed either. I just left & looked at the S6 someplace else. I'll never come back! Screw both of you!
