Staples Niagara Falls

Store was clean and organized. I purchased a Geometry set and made some copies during my visit. The man behind the counter helped me navigate through the process and I was able to make copies. He wasn't 100% correct on the sizing procedure and I had to make 2 extra copies to get the correct size.

Got a good deal on a nice laptop, but trying tk get someone on the phone in any department is impossible!! Ive been trying to call for the last hour every few minutes and not a single answer or evwn an option to leave a message! Its been a few days now since ive bought the laptop and had them set it up and i was told it would be done yesterday, but havent gotten a call from them and cannot reach anyone by phone in the Niagara Falls store.

Have tried for hours to contact someone in their technology department, phone rings and nobody ever picks up. Going to the St. Catharines store instead as they picked up the phone without any delays.

Excellent service. Keep it up. I love shopping at staples. Well trained staff, polite and very helpful.
